Why This Approach Exists

This philosophy didn’t come from theory alone—it was forged through experience.

After being diagnosed with advanced-stage prostate cancer in 2022 and undergoing months of radiation and chemotherapy in 2023, movement became more than exercise—it became recovery. Boxing fitness and strength training helped counter the physical toll of treatment, rebuild confidence, and create a sustainable path forward after ringing the bell.

That experience reshaped how training should work:

  • It must be adaptable
  • It must respect where someone is today
  • It must support long-term health—not just short-term intensity

After navigating advanced-stage prostate cancer and extensive treatment, Brad developed a coaching philosophy centered on adaptability, movement quality, and sustainability. His approach blends functional strength, boxing-based conditioning, and recovery-aware programming to meet people where they are—whether they’re rebuilding, starting fresh, or pushing forward.

With certifications spanning strength, corrective exercise, boxing fitness, nutrition, and cancer exercise, Brad coaches across a wide range of needs and goals with intention and care.
