RISE is a cancer-informed exercise and movement program designed to support you through treatment, recovery, and survivorship. The goal is simple: help you feel safer, stronger, and more at home in your body again—at a pace that respects your energy and your story.
RISE stands for Restorative · Instruction · Strength · Empowerment—four pillars that guide every session, whether we meet in person or remotely.

Is RISE Right For You?
RISE is for people who want to move again after (or during) cancer treatment—but don’t want to feel rushed, judged, or pushed too hard.
RISE May Be a Good Fit If:

The RISE Process

We confirm any needed medical clearance and discuss boundaries—ports, pain, surgery, lymphedema risk—so we know what to protect.
We choose the right mix of guided sessions and simple home movement, adjusted as needed based on how you’re feeling week to week.

We work together one-on-one, in person (where available in Southeast Texas) or via secure video. Each session is adjusted to your energy, comfort, and current side effects, with a focus on safe strength, balance, and mobility.

Coach-led movement with others who understand the cancer journey.

When available, small groups offer gentle, structured sessions with a few other survivors. You get guidance, community, and encouragement without the pressure of a large class or traditional gym setting.
