Class Types

Our Training Options

EVOLVE | BOX offers three structured training options so members can choose the experience that best fits their goals. Boxing is central to our identity — but it’s never mandatory.

Build
Strength + boxing hybrid sessions. BUILD pairs foundational strength training (squats, hinges, presses, rows, and carries) with focused boxing technique, defense, and power development.
Engine
Boxing-focused conditioning and movement. ENGINE builds your gas tank, footwork, rhythm, and core strength through structured bag rounds, shadowboxing, and mobility work.
Rush 30
A fast-paced, no-boxing conditioning class focused on full-body movement, heart rate, and efficiency. RUSH 30 is ideal for members who want a challenging workout without boxing — or who prefer conditioning as their primary training style.
