Two Paths to Train Like a Boxer

BoxFit is one system with two tracks—one for adults and one for youth. Both follow the same core idea: learn real boxing, build strength and conditioning, and leave each session feeling better than when you walked in.

Adults
Champs Training Camp

The adult BoxFit track for anyone who wants to train like a boxer in a coached, non-contact setting.

  • Boxing fundamentals, bag work, and footwork
  • Full-body strength and conditioning aligned with boxing
  • Built for all fitness levels—no experience required
Youth
Rookies & Contenders

The youth boxing track for kids and teens who need a positive outlet and want to learn real skills.

  • Rookies: Ages 8–12 • Contenders: Ages 13–17
  • Footwork, combos, and age-appropriate strength and movement
  • No sparring, no head contact—bag and pad work only

Train Like a Boxer, Without Getting in the Ring

Every BoxFit session is built around the same core pillars real boxers use: sharp technique, functional strength, and repeatable conditioning. You’ll hit heavy bags, move your feet, build your engine, and lift with purpose—using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, med balls (no slams), and bodyweight.

We keep it simple and real. No gimmicks, no “see who survives” workouts—just training that helps you move better, feel stronger, and carry yourself with more confidence inside and outside the gym.
