Champs Training Camp is the adult BoxFit track—built for real people who want to train like a boxer without needing to step into a ring. Every session blends boxing fundamentals, functional strength, and smart conditioning in a clear, repeatable format.

No sparring. No pressure. Just focused training with coaching that meets you where you are and helps you leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

What Is Champs Training Camp?

Champs is more than a “boxing-style workout.” It’s a structured training approach that blends real boxing technique with functional strength and conditioning so you actually get better—not just tired.

You will learn how to stand, move, and punch correctly. You’ll build strength that supports your joints and your everyday life. And you’ll improve your conditioning in a way that’s challenging but sustainable.

Every class is coach-led, small enough to get attention, and designed so new and experienced members can train side-by-side with smart options for each level.

How We Structure Your Training Week

Instead of guessing what workout you’ll get, Champs follows a weekly rhythm built around three core themes: Foundations, Power, and Engine. Across the week, you’ll touch skill, strength, and conditioning in a way that feels balanced and repeatable.

Foundations

Foundations days focus on technique and clean movement so your punches look and feel better.

  • Stance, guard, and footwork
  • Jab, cross, hooks, and uppercuts
  • Basic and intermediate combinations
  • Bag work and shadowboxing with coaching cues
Day Type
Power

Power days build functional strength and controlled explosiveness that supports your boxing and your daily life.

  • Full-body strength with dumbbells and kettlebells
  • Hip hinge, squat, push, and pull patterns
  • Rotational strength and core stability
  • Smart intensity without beat-down circuits
Day Type
Engine

Engine days build your conditioning using boxing-based intervals, movement, and pacing—not random exhaustion.

  • Bag rounds and shadowboxing intervals
  • Footwork and movement-based conditioning
  • Alternating higher and moderate intensity
  • Focus on leaving with more in the tank tomorrow

What a Typical Champs Class Looks Like

Every class follows a predictable structure so you know what to expect and can settle into the work:

1. Coach Brief

A short overview of the day’s focus—Foundations, Power, or Engine—plus what to pay attention to during class.

2. Warm-Up

Simple, targeted work to prep shoulders, hips, trunk, and footwork. Enough to feel ready, not wrecked.

3. Three Training Blocks

The heart of the session. Each block is about one clear focus:

  • Block 1: Skill or strength emphasis
  • Block 2: Progression of that skill or strength
  • Block 3: Bag work, conditioning, or core/rotation depending on the day

4. Cooldown

Breathing, posture resets, and a few key stretches so you leave calmer, not just tired.

How We Train (and What We Use)

Champs uses tools and methods that support real boxing and durable strength—not circus tricks.

  • Heavy bags and aqua bags for striking and flow rounds
  • Dumbbells and kettlebells for strength and power
  • Short and long resistance bands for shoulder health and rotational work
  • Med balls for holds and controlled patterns (no slams or wall throws)
  • Bodyweight drills that build control, not just fatigue

You will not see burpee marathons, unsafe jumps, or “see who survives” conditioning. The goal is always to train in a way your body can come back from—and build on.
