Jonesy's Boxing + Fitness Gym
Old-school grit meets modern coaching. Jonesy's blends boxing, functional strength, mobility, and conditioning so you can train like a boxer and get stronger than you started.
This Week's Training PlanThe Jonesy’s Way
Jonesy's is built on four pillars: boxing, functional strength, mobility, and conditioning. Every session blends skill work, bag rounds, and strength patterns like squats, hinges, pushes, and pulls so you build real athleticism — not just sweat.
You’ll learn proper stance, footwork, and punch mechanics while developing the strength and mobility that makes everyday movement feel better. No sparring, no ego — just clean, structured training in a gym that feels old-school in vibe, not in hygiene.
Session Types
Three training styles — boxing fundamentals, strength and power, and conditioning with built-in mobility — rotate through the week so your skills and fitness progress together.

- Power work with dumbbells, kettlebells, and med balls
- Mobility built into warm-ups and between sets
Conditioning & Mobility
Controlled conditioning that builds your gas tank without wrecking your body.
- Bag intervals, footwork drills, and bodyweight circuits
