UPNEXT Pre-Launch is a small, early-access group for kids ages 5–14 to experience our youth movement and development program before the full launch. It is designed for kids who need more than screen time: they need movement, confidence, and a positive place to grow.

The Pre-Launch group runs from December 1 through January 2 with sessions on Mondays and Thursdays at 6 PM (excluding holidays). For this first group, participation is completely free for the full Pre-Launch period.
Spots are intentionally limited so each child receives extra attention as we build and refine the UPNEXT experience together.
UPNEXT Pre-Launch is for all levels—whether your child is already active or just getting started, we meet them where they are and help them take the next step.
Every UPNEXT Pre-Launch session follows a simple, predictable structure so kids feel safe, supported, and ready to try.

Helping Kids Get Ready for What’s Next.
UPNEXT is for parents who know their kids are capable of more and want the right kind of coaching to help them get there. We blend movement skills, age-appropriate training, and confidence-building so your child is better prepared for what’s next in sports, school, and everyday life.

Strong bodies, resilient minds. We use bodyweight and light equipment to develop strength, speed, and agility, along with conditioning that builds work ethic without breaking kids down.
Confidence that shows up everywhere. Kids practice trying, adjusting, and trying again instead of shutting down, while learning sportsmanship, teamwork, and a growth mindset.
Kids change fast. UPNEXT grows with them and provides a clear next step as they move from learning basics to preparing for higher levels of sport, activity, and life.
A fun, play-based introduction to movement. We build coordination, body awareness, and early strength so kids feel ready for PE, recreational sports, or simply being more active.
The bridge between “just playing” and “actually training.” Ideal for kids entering upper elementary or middle school sports, new teams, or trying out for the first time.
For older kids who want to level up. We focus on strength, power, and durability so they can handle the demands of middle school and early high school sports, or simply feel strong and capable in their own bodies.

No. Some kids in UPNEXT play multiple sports and some do not play any. If your child needs a healthier next step for movement and confidence, they belong here.
No. We focus on technique, body control, and age-appropriate resistance. As they get older and more experienced, we gradually progress intensity, with safety as the top priority.
Athletic shoes, comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a willingness to try. We provide the coaching, equipment, and structure.
Yes. We adjust training volume and intensity for in-season athletes so UPNEXT supports their sport instead of competing with it.
Most sessions are 45–60 minutes, depending on the group and schedule.
We will talk through age, experience, and comfort level, and can adjust after we see how your child moves and responds.
